It’s yours!
Which means your facilitation skills are about to go up a notch or three 😎
But first, let’s acknowlegde that you’re currently in that awkward 4 minute limbo between buying your shiny new tool and getting all the things in your inbox—
(“Did it work? What happens now? I’M SO EXCITED BUT THERE’S NOWHERE TO JUMP IN”)
So let me give you something to bridge that gap
Have a think about all the unique bits of your group space
The people and personalities inside, the kind of behaviours that have become the norm, the shape of your live calls, the way people do — or don’t — engage with the content and with each other.
→ What would you like to shift or change?
→ What kinds of interactions will help you do that?
→ Which parts of those interactions feel nervewracking or unclear?
→ Where might you see the quickest benefits from more robust skills, and a rounder sense of confidence in your ability to use them in the moment?
Start there in your first session — and don’t be shy about giving the Roleplay Gym lots of context! The more it has, the more helpful it can be 😉
To sophisticated tools with meaningful impacts,
Kirsty xo
PS. If your confirmation email doesn’t land in your inbox in the next 10 minutes, shimmy me an email at hello@kirstyfanton.com so I can (i) get you sorted, (ii) investigate, and (iii) shake my hands at glitchy tech.
